About the Stir Station
The Stir Station is a high-quality, multi-function magnetic stirrer. It has a stirring capacity of 800 mL in a 1 L beaker. It works efficiently with beakers with a volume as small as 50 mL and with a wide range of sizes and shapes of magnetic stirring bars.
The chemical-resistant plastic stirring plate covers the magnetic stirring platform with three white, cool LED bulbs that could be use to light color changes. It uses a closed-loop speed control for fine-tuning the stirring speeds between 50 RPM to 1250 RPM. The Stir Station can run on four C batteries (not included) or AC power (adapter included). It also includes a removable 18" ring stand post.
